Went to use my membership barcode today on my phone, which didn’t work because i cracked my phone earlier today. The guy at the counter was rude and said “Phone cases are a great thing to have” When i literally do. This is the rudest customer service i’ve received in a while, over nothing. Sadly im going to take my loyalty to a different station. Yikes.

Alot of negative comments, I have been visiting this store every morning at 530 am, great store, great staff. Excellent coffee. I have been in town now for 3 weeks and this has been my go to morning stop, I travel all over the United States for work. I would highly recommend this establishment

The boy shut the store down early tonight I knocked and he just looked at me at 953 had problems with this boy before he is very rude do not stop at this store with the native boy with long hair working he has been rude to many people

I don't know what happened to this store in the last few weeks but I will not be going back with my business after how the employees are representing the store in front of customers as well as letting the customers hear them bash other employees. The coolers have little stock and there is an odd smell reminating throughout the store. I don't know if there has been a management change or what but I am very disappointed in how this store has dramatically taken such a negative turn for the worse. I have always in the many year I've resided here gone to this store for the friendliness, cleanliness and respectful demeanor of the staff but will no longer as the staff is allowed to wear clothes showing unattractive body parts, they seem to always be on their phones and have even told me to hold on to finish a text on their phone. The language I've heard the last couple times has been inappropriate to say the least. I'm sorry to leave this very negative review but feel that something must be said before this gas station turns into the next slum station kids aren't allowed to frequent after dark.

The managers here cant get off their phones long enough to do their job. The ladies bathroom was NASTY! No toilet paper, blood and p*** on the toilet and when I told the manager she told me it wasnt her job to clean the bathroom or to get TP. Only After I paid for my gas I realized they rang up the WRONG PUMP and refused to give me the difference back! Receipt in hand and she said theirs nothing she could do because the transaction had already gone thru! So I paid someone's 47$ gas bill and my total was 32$! WORST SERVICE EVER!

The one good rating this place has is an employee. It's always something with this place. Expensive, no good coffee variety JUST dark roasts, expired product 6 mo + on the shelves, filthy, and worst of all the pumps are BARELY ever working. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
