Genuinely good people... Was struggling to figure out how Google wallet worked with my PayPal card with 40$ on it ready to pay for my 12$ transaction but the nice gentleman behind the counter payed it for me before we could figure it out... Bless your soul I was on low fuel...

I have been coming to this Holiday off and for a while now especially because normally I would get a coffee with carmel creamer accompanied by Hazelnut flavored coffee. Consistantly I have not got that, not because it stated they were out, but simply because someone of thier staff has been placing the wrong beans where the Hazelnut beans should be going. Instead of complaining about the situation I simply think to myself, "it was an accident right, it won't be that way next time." Nope, it has happened over and over four times since I came to this very Holdiday so I decided I will not be coming here anymore for coffee. It's like ordering a sandwich on sour dough toast and recieving the sandwich with rye bread instead. It leaves that taste in your mouth and your not quite sure if you want to try ordering it again. Mistakes happen, I know that, but I'll just get my coffee elsewhere. Other then that the store is very clean, and the service from the counter are very nice. Hoping it has just been just a fluke because the Holiday in Virgina has not once done that. It truly is dumb you have the option on the pumps to pay inside yet you can not pay inside. I can not imagine how much inside sales have dropped from this policy.

Fix your pumps. When a person enters number for discount and everything freezes and you stand around waiting for them to reset inside and no discount

What a joke no training on there policies or for cashiers can't even get a pre pay right lost money on the prepaid I hope they see this and change but I will never go back again
