Amazing service and Jessica who manages the appointments is very nice and friendly. This was my first time using them and I’ll never go anywhere else again if this kind of service is maintained.

Very OUTRAGEOUS CHARGES and lied on time to DIAGNOSE! my 2022 bronco 6G at Ford of Hibbing , I brought my bronco to them so they would tell why the “blind spot system fault” and “cross traffic system fault” warnings came on my dash. They told me they would let me know before any work was done what the problem was and how much it would cost. It was a 10:00AM appointment and didn’t get to it until after 11:00AM . 48 minutes later they called and said they diagnosed it to be a wire that was rubbing and corroded. And said it would cost $400.00 to replace a wire!! I said I couldn’t do it at this time because of the outrageous cost!! Then they still would charge me over $150.00 for what they said was a 11/2 hr. Diagnostic charge which I knew was only about 45 minutes! Which I have proof of. I pulled the same parts from tail light, fender flair, and corner molding which took me 5 minutes and I wasn’t even rushing. That’s what I love about Broncos, they are made easy to work on and replace parts or add accessories. If they took care of me for the $150.00 bill I paid I would return to them with all the factory recalls and other routine maintenance.

There was a problem with shifting on my test ride of the 2013 Escape. I bought it anyway and asked if I had a problem with it, would they take care of it within a few days after the purchase. It didn't appear again until I took it for a Dr appointment 65 miles away and was on the way home.It scared us! I contacted my salesman and he promptly replied. It took a couple weeks to get it in for service . But once the shop found the problem , the part in the transmission was replaced at no charge. And they delivered it back to me 25 miles away. Service after the sale is important to them!

They were very friendly and an unexpected surprise was that it didn’t cost us anything to have our oil changed and tires rotated because we have a new truck that we purchased with them. We will go there every time to get our oil changed.

Spent considerable time with me showing the features of my F150 that I was unaware of and programming my smartphone to operate them. Didn’t devalue my trade in even though the truck I ordered took longer than expected. I was treated very fairly.

The personal did everything to my satisfaction. Got me a ride to and from my medical appointment (in a Mach E yet), repaired my truck in quick order, and treated me excellently. In my situation, I highly recommend them.

Horrible experience today. I spoke to Randy Roy on the phone prior to coming in who was very short with me and seemed in a hurry to hang up as if I was bothering him. I told him I wanted to look at a pre-owned Fusion well in advance of arriving. Upon arrival, the battery was dead and I couldn't even test drive it because the vehicle barely functioned after he jumped it because the battery had so little power. I've purchased a lot of vehicles in my life and I've never experienced such awful service. I will be filing a complaint to Ford to make sure they know how badly their reputation is being damaged by this establishment. Randy should not be in customer service in any way shape or form! Don't waste your time here and shop for a vehicle elsewhere!

I found the car I bought from here online and contacted them threw the site and they responded fast. Set up an appointment to test drive the car and I ended up buying it. It’s was a hassle free experience. Fast in and out with my new car. I would definitely buy from them again.

Ford of Hibbing has been excellent. Eric, Ryan, Jess and Josh are always friendly and easy to work with. Whether I need a vehicle, service, parts or even a loaner they have have been extremely helpful.

Truck was in because it braked slower than it should. Heather was very helpful and even got my pictures of the issue. Cody was polite and got the parts ordered. Sadly, I later punched numbers and am waiting to get the rotors fixed, but Blake over the phone was very polite and understanding when I had to cancel the future appointment. Overall it was a friendly and helpful environment!
