Had an expensive item shipped to me was left at the wrong location at a unused po box NOT IN A PO BOX JUST IN FRONT OF THE PO BOX WITH NO CONNECTION TO MY RESIDENCE JUST ON THE GROUND (i cant rate zero stars so i guess one will have to do avoid using this service at all if at all possible)

I was supposed to receive a delivery today, the update still says today. I text says today. I call she tells me by 5 pm today. Well it is 8:1w no delivery. Not like it is a 50cent pack of gum. Poor service

Fed ex is on their game. They know exactly where your package is at all times. If they don't, its because it hasn't been scanned into its initial location. I like when I order something and they fwd me the shipping information.
