“I went to Lowes to get a piece of wood for a craft product. The person that helped me was very professional and helpful. She helped me pick out the item I needed and then went to another part of the store and helped me get the rest of the items I needed. She was the department manager at the pro desk, Jae was her name. I have heard many rumors about the new general manager, mostly negative things. He is not good to his employees, degrading them in front of other customers but Jae was phenomenal. I would suggest working with her over the general manager.”
