Terrible experience. Went in to inquire about parts they have taken off bikes they’ve done service on, because I need a gear set. The lady was very polite, the “mechanic” very rudely chimed in took the conversation over and was acting irritated when explaining what I was looking for and that he would need to see it. I’ve been riding mtb’s for over 10 years never had an experience at any of the shops in Duluth like this I’ll stick to supporting Duluth shops

What a wonderful experience. I got exactly what I wanted, with considerable help and expertise from the staff. They were utterly wonderful, kind, patient, and helpful. I am not related to any of them. ;) They also repair bikes. I am now a customer for life. It was wonderful to be in a shop where you didn't have to be an expert or a pro or something, just be somebody who loves the breeze in your face.

Up here riding the Redhead trails with my kids on vacation and my chain exploded. This place got me in, up and running super quick. They even made fresh popcorn and let my daughter ride a scooter in the store while she waited. Also bought a bike pump, tubeless sealant, wrenches and all were fairly priced. Very appreciated the service!

I went in to have a tire fixed on a bike, four days later it went flat again brought it back to them and they tried to tell me that it was not their tube that was installed, and called me a liar. And to think I spent $1200 on a bike with them last summer, not very impressed with their service or there attitude. Highly recommend you find somewhere else to do business.

Of all the bike shops in a 60 mile radius this is by far the best. these people are so friendly and go out of their way to make sure you leave with a bike that gives the ultimate riding experience. I bought 4 bikes here and 1 elsewhere. They really know what they are doing. Ten stars from me!

I recently ordered a Trek bike over the phone from Jill. She is knowledgeable and was helpful in getting me just what I wanted. When I picked it up, I met both Jill and Calvin. I'm completely satisfied with my purchase. I recommend Bikes On Howard to anyone who wants a great shopping experience. The owners will not disappoint with their knowledge and friendliness.

I had a wonderful experience bike shopping here for a first new bike! I'm 62+ and the owner did a great job of educating me on the different models, I was fitted with the correct size of the choice I made (Trek Shift 3 step-through) and I'm loving it!! It was a busy shop so I was glad that I had done some homework ahead of time online. Nice folks!!

if you go in for repairs, they are pushy for you to buy what you don't really need, and they charge high prices for there labor. I found that its much cheaper to buy the parts and do it yourself.
