We had an 8 hour trip back home ahead of us next day, and we didn't want to risk it. Out of all repair shops, only Jack & Don's Services were able to accommodate our call for help. They got us right in, even when they were fully booked. After identifying the issue, both breaks and rotors had to be replaced, they quickly sourced necessary parts from local auto parts dealers and got our car fixed in 1h 30min, amazing! Their work is top notch, and doesn't break the bank. Their staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. While our car was under repair, we were given a loaner car, so that we could go and grab something to eat in the mean time, very nice touch.”

“The situation my husband and I found ourselves in on Thursday morning, A flat tire ... couldn't of come at a worse time !! My husband, at around 9 a.m. pulled into the Wal-Mart Auto center. He ran in, explained the emergency.... And the guys from Auto center ... took our car, we purchased 4 tires, the guys put 100% into making sure. We made it to Duluth, by 12:30. For my last high dosage Radiation at St Luke's cancer center .... I most certainly credit my cancer team for saving my life ... But I have to say, your pharmacy and for all of the help, and patience .. especially understanding... made sure that I had what I needed.
