A couple years ago they got pretty rude over a battery warranty, but they ended up honoring it. They have good sales and clearance prices and their online store has a huge selection.”

“I have been going for oil changes for years and have never had a problem but I got one yesterday and they messed with a lot in my car. This has never happened before so maybe it was a shorter person who brought my car in or a new policy but I thought it was kind of weird. Messed with all of my display settings on my dash, all of my mirrors were moved, and my seat was moved so far forwarded I knocked my knees when I got in. Other than everything else was great.”

“This company is great - I was preparing for a weekend trip to the cities and realized my rear shocks needed replacing - I contacted Jack & Don's and a few other places and Jack & Don's was able to get me in the soonest. I rented a car while my car was being worked on because I had a specialist appt that I didn't want to miss, so my plan was to walk to the Hibbing airport after dropping my car off - it's a 4 mile straight shot but when Sheri at Jack & Don's heard that I was planning to walk, she insisted on driving me instead. They fixed my car ahead of their estimated schedule and we're very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them!”
