I needed a vehicle ASAP as mine was damaged and undrivable. Dave at ACar had someone deliver one to me before Noon as I didn't have anything to drive. He was super to work with and helped me beyond just the rental. I wouldn't recommend anybody but him to rent from.

Small but awesome rental service. Dave from ACAR who I was helped by, offered early information and brought a personal but professional interaction to the service. Even beyond normal operating hours, it was an easy and straight forward process, allowing me to worry about enjoying the great Boundary Waters of MN after a long flight and not worrying about how to get a set of wheels in Hibbing.

After a TON of stress with BOTH my vehicles in the shop... between a superstar insurance agent and a rescue call from Acar saved my life with a 2021 Corolla that does 45 miles to a gallon! Text communication throughout the rental and drop off was as easy and i felt like a VIP! The BEST small town service!

I had car issues and I had to rent a car asap. They got me into a Camry in less than an hour, after hours even! Was super good customer service, the guy at the general aviation building was cool, and they let me extend my rental twice over the home when my car was taking longer than expected!

I needed a rental late on a Saturday night. I contacted the day before and they made arrangements for me to be able to pick up the vehicle when I arrived late Saturday. The vehicle was very clean, the gas tank was full, and it was very comfortable and roomy for passengers. I will rent from Acar Auto Rental and refer them to anybody I know that may need a rental in Hibbing, MN. I returned it on Sunday (they were not open) and they made it very easy. EXCELLENT company to do business with. Thank you, Dave, for making my trip easier and better than it would otherwise have been.

This is a FAR better company to rent from than any other I've used! Their employees and Dan in particular are so helpful and make everything so easy it's a pleasure to do business with them. Can't say enough good- I have used them several times and every experience was good with great customer service. No pressuring to get you off the phone when you have an unusual need like other companies. I wish every place had such considerate employees and allowed them to spend a few extra minutes with a customer as that's what makes all the difference!
