Picked up a U-Haul and this man couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. Great business location(out of the way and roomy).

We scheduled a uhaul trailer pickup here. Went to pick it up and the place was closed. Called and called with no answer. No note. Garage next door said the owner should've been there at noon. Our pickup time was 3pm. Horrible service!!!
