Such a friendly group of people that work there. They have great meat, and choices! There hamburger in a bag, is SUCH a great deal. Stop in and buy local! Plus they have a liquor store next door win/win

Have shopped at Stokkes several times, they always have a great selection of fresh meats and poultry. They also have some of the best summer sausage and meat sticks. If you are close to one of their locations I highly recommend swinging in and checking out their great selections.

If you want to be yelled at by an employee, lady having a bad day, come to this store. Very embarrasing for me! I asked a very simple question, she littereally yelled at me.. I see this is a trend as far as this market is concerned. Go to Old Time Meats, they treat you "right"!

Never received my venison I had processed last year! I’ve called several times to both the store and the plant and talked with several people. Always take my name and number and say they will get back to me!Not one person has gave a return phone call.

Great cuts of meat for the price. Great burgers and brats, and excellent jerkeys.Recommend this place over chain grocery stores for your meats.Pizzas are also pretty good.

Boy Howdy!!!! Fresh potato sausage. What a feast!! Slow boil until 165 degrees. Then on the smoker at low temp for an hour. Served with stone ground mustard. Ate till I hurt myself!! Wa in Duluth last week on family business and was fortunate to be told about you by my sister. I bought 2 rings of potatoe sausage and 4-5 bags of smoked sausage sticks. Packed all in dry ice to make flight back to North Carolina. (MCAS Cherry Pt / Havelock NC). We truely ate until we hurt ourselves. Thank you so much for such great quality product ( I have not had nor able to get potatoe sausage sine the last time I was in Duluth - 1980)

The guy behind the meat counter was not wearing gloves when grabbing meat from the case for me. I told him I didn't want it and why and he said it didn't matter since I would be cooking the meat.

Best meat market around and I live in downtown Duluth, the guys are always friendly and happy to help, with any grilling or cooking questions don’t be afraid to ask when buying from them, their pasta salads are better than the competitions and the bbq sauce is a 10/10. Always happy to see you guys working and always get a friendly reminder that there’s a job there for me if I move back.

Whenever I am in Duluth from Grand Marais I make sure to stock up on their excellent meat. They have very, very reasonable prices.

STOKKE's Meat Market: Jeff went in this morning 11/13/2021 to make a purchase. He was next at the meat counter and there was an older man behind him. The owner's son called the older man up to the counter and told him he would wait on him. Jeff said, hey I was next and the owner's son said...Yeah but I know this guy and Jeff responded I have been waiting...the owner's son replied: WELL IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT THERE IS THE DOOR!!!Well, the door was indeed used and we will NEVER entire either of their markets again!! What a JACKASS!
