Disgusting behavior at Hermantown Menards: While checking out at the Hermantown Menards, the cashier was repeatedly wiping his runny nose on his hands and clothes without washing. I politely requested that he sanitize his hands before touching my items, but he refused. He did, however, call a manager to ring me up at my request. The manager rang me up without apologizing or acknowledging the situation, even after I thanked her several times. Actually, she never uttered one word the entire time. This unhygienic and unprofessional experience has made me reconsider future visits to this Menards.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was called by the Store manager Tom Hanson and absolutely reamed for a pick up that his staff elected to take. I told him during our call several times I didn’t like how he was speaking to me and that his tone was not appropriate and he continued to shout at me about how he couldn’t restock an item vetted by his store. I was a part of the leadership team at Target Corp and I’ve never, marked never heard or expel conversation as disrespectful as this between a store manager and guest. This man should be fired if this is the level of customer service provided. I will never shop at his store again. Pls take your money elsewhere

I used to love shopping here. I have bought a fair amount of building materials over the past 3 years HOWEVER, this last experience has been horrendous! I ordered a set of doors and a replacement window on the website. When I received notification that the order was in, I called ahead and verified the whole order was in before I made the 45 minute drive into town. They said the whole order was here and I could pick it up anytime. When I arrived a couple days later one door was missing. But no one who helped me with the other two items told me the door was missing, they simply walked away and never came back. I was left wondering what happened. Eventually another associate directed me to where my door should be, but it wasn’t there. By this time it was near closing time and I left disappointed but hoping this would be resolved soon. I called the next business day only to learn my door, that I already paid for, that I was told was waiting for me, will not be in for 2 weeks. But I could get a refund “right away today” and go to the superior location and buy my door. I accepted the offer of the refund. HOWEVER, I did not receive the money “right away today” in fact it’s 3 days later and still no money. So I called up the store again only to learn refunds take 10 days to get my money back. In addition, it didn’t take 2 weeks to get the door , they have one now, it just came in, but I can’t get it because I have a refund on the way.In summery: they took my money , they didn’t deliver the product, i still haven’t received my money or the door. No one who I spoke with seems to care about this issue and they don’t have any solutions to help. I have tried to resolve this issue with the company and they have not done anything to correct this. I strongly recommend going to fleet farm, Home Depot, L&M or anywhere other then here, But especially steer clear of online orders.

I shop at Menards alot and will continue to do so but. Today their printer destroyed my receipt and you all know about their rebates. The cashier is unable to reprint your receipt, I have never seen this before in any store. I had to go to the store entrance and use the kiosk to print a receipt with no rebate info on it. I talked to two different employees and got blank stares as an answer. Come on Menards step up your game.

We always find items we had not planned to purchase here. Menards has unique sales of items you may only see once; watermelons, unique beach towels, snowshoes, snacks. You may only see these items once, but they are excellent buys. Store personal are generally very helpful. I waited over 30 minutes in another building supply store (H.D.) and ended up having to leave without buying anything. There are always store staff in blue to help at Menards.

Very disappointed, after my family has shopped here for years, my mom goes in and asks for help to find bricks to make a fire pit. Due to her having a heart attack about a month ago things aren't as easy as they used to be. The answer she received was "we had people call in and aren't here, you are going to have to get them yourself".While I understand retail isn't easy and you can't always help everyone, you still do your best, regardless of people calling in. Lucky I wasn't to far away and was able to go there and help her get her bricks and load them up. If I could give a negative star I would. Again very disappointed with your "customer service"

Truck drivers ::::: go to back pull to bay door in middle in morning a Beautiful soul Alicia will lightly knock on your door . And guide you back to what dock door you need to go in . Nice way to be awaken by a receiver in a long time . 1100 mile haul . Thank you ma’am for being so kind !!!

lived in the twin cities for 15 years, managed properties. $200K+ annual with menards down there. i never experienced these issues until I moved up here...Their website and store differs greatly with where products are located. frequently at the desks i will be told a product is located where it is not. most recent - construction supplies desk told me boards were outside but they were in fact, inside. same with rebar mesh. i purchased 150' mesh rolls, only to find they were outside and looked as if they had been out in the rain for over a year. rusted beyond use...the quality at this menards is below that of cities locations such as midway
