Menards is the best store I've ever shopped at. It has everything you will need to build or remodel your home. I wish they would be in Southern Florida. I'm tired of going to Lowes or Home Depot and searching for what I need.

I used to get all my materials here and used to go fine. I got door replacements for my home, and they were scratched and the paint was warn off. they gave us an option of replacement or a discount. replacement would take 2 weeks, and we live an hour from this store. the discount was 10$ off, and told us to buy paint to fix it. took over an hour in the loading bay. horrible quality, horrible service. zero stars if i could.

I would give zero stars only can't. Yesterday my husband wanted to buy a wall cabinet over $200 they are on display on top of a shelf that you can not reach asked if we could get one down to see it we where told no. So we asked to speak to a manager to our amazement the manager Jen was the person who said no. If we wanted to buy it she could print us a picture, how does a picture tell you if it is strong enough for what you need. When we went back to speak to the manager and found out it was Jen the same girl that said no she never said a word to us just stood there and let the floor girl speak. Jen should never have made manager she has no customer service whatsoever. I will never shop in Hermantown store every again. I give zero stars. Stay away from this store.

Do not buy appliances from Menards. Their delivery is service horrible; they will send a truck with one person for a two-person job which risks damaging the appliance and/or your home. They sell inferior products and don't stand behind them; they sold me two defective refrigerators in a row (same brand/model) and refused to allow me to return the second one when it died after less than a month. Buy your appliances from Home Depot or somewhere else that provides appropriate delivery and customer service.

Disgusting behavior at Hermantown Menards: While checking out at the Hermantown Menards, the cashier was repeatedly wiping his runny nose on his hands and clothes without washing. I politely requested that he sanitize his hands before touching my items, but he refused. He did, however, call a manager to ring me up at my request. The manager rang me up without apologizing or acknowledging the situation, even after I thanked her several times. Actually, she never uttered one word the entire time. This unhygienic and unprofessional experience has made me reconsider future visits to this Menards.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was called by the Store manager Tom Hanson and absolutely reamed for a pick up that his staff elected to take. I told him during our call several times I didn’t like how he was speaking to me and that his tone was not appropriate and he continued to shout at me about how he couldn’t restock an item vetted by his store. I was a part of the leadership team at Target Corp and I’ve never, marked never heard or expel conversation as disrespectful as this between a store manager and guest. This man should be fired if this is the level of customer service provided. I will never shop at his store again. Pls take your money elsewhere

I used to love shopping here. I have bought a fair amount of building materials over the past 3 years HOWEVER, this last experience has been horrendous! I ordered a set of doors and a replacement window on the website. When I received notification that the order was in, I called ahead and verified the whole order was in before I made the 45 minute drive into town. They said the whole order was here and I could pick it up anytime. When I arrived a couple days later one door was missing. But no one who helped me with the other two items told me the door was missing, they simply walked away and never came back. I was left wondering what happened. Eventually another associate directed me to where my door should be, but it wasn’t there. By this time it was near closing time and I left disappointed but hoping this would be resolved soon. I called the next business day only to learn my door, that I already paid for, that I was told was waiting for me, will not be in for 2 weeks. But I could get a refund “right away today” and go to the superior location and buy my door. I accepted the offer of the refund. HOWEVER, I did not receive the money “right away today” in fact it’s 3 days later and still no money. So I called up the store again only to learn refunds take 10 days to get my money back. In addition, it didn’t take 2 weeks to get the door , they have one now, it just came in, but I can’t get it because I have a refund on the way.In summery: they took my money , they didn’t deliver the product, i still haven’t received my money or the door. No one who I spoke with seems to care about this issue and they don’t have any solutions to help. I have tried to resolve this issue with the company and they have not done anything to correct this. I strongly recommend going to fleet farm, Home Depot, L&M or anywhere other then here, But especially steer clear of online orders.

I shop at Menards alot and will continue to do so but. Today their printer destroyed my receipt and you all know about their rebates. The cashier is unable to reprint your receipt, I have never seen this before in any store. I had to go to the store entrance and use the kiosk to print a receipt with no rebate info on it. I talked to two different employees and got blank stares as an answer. Come on Menards step up your game.
