I have used Focal Point on three different occasions over four years , and am very extremely satisfied with their service, their professionalism, their prices, their expertise on flooring, and the quality of their work. I would highly recommend them!

Tim and his entire staff and crew are wonderful to work with. Focal Point has handled both a carpet installation and now beautiful wood flooring. They worked with my schedule, finished earlier than expected, and stopped back to ensure satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Worst experience with a business ever! Focal Point/IFixFloors installed a floor which came apart within a year. After many weeks just trying to get a response from the company and many more waiting for a decision on what they were going to do about the floor, they installed a new floor using what they said was a new process for glue-down vinyl. It too came apart in less than a year. The owner of the company will not talk to customers apparently. Any communication, such as it was, went through whomever was the office person at the time, who had no decision making authority, always had to talk to Tim, and always said Tim would get back to me which he never did. Since they seemed to have a major problem with our floor, I asked several times for them to just return our money and we would go elsewhere. After they received notice from the post office of the attempt to deliver a certified letter from me, some new person texted me saying she was with Focal Point and it “looked like” they were going to replace our floor. After 3 years of aggravation trying to work with this company and two failed floors, we’d have to be nuts to try a 3rd floor from them. A business owner who makes no attempt to talk to a customer after all he put us through, does not deserve anyone’s business. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being really, really poor service, this company has earned a minus 10.

In 2016 they sold me substandard vinyl plank which shrank and started to peel apart. They kept the factory refund which I finally got part of. They kept the rest and when I went to pick up cash after getting a bad check there was a guy there to threaten me who finally backed off. Calls from Tim were threatening with a lot of swearing--very unprofessional guy.
