“Napa is the place to go for parts! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, which is very important when you need to fix your vehicle and not really sure what you need to buy. They have a lot of parts in stock, but if you need to order, it's typically over nighted or delivered pretty quickly.
They really are above the rest!”

“I recently traded a vehicle in for a 2024 Jetta SE and completed the entire transaction online via email before visiting the Duluth location. Serina took care of me and she was absolutely wonderful. Her emails were professional and timely. I felt taken care of from the first email and meeting her in person was a delight. I don’t think I’ve enjoyed buying a car like this before. The entire process was streamlined and efficient and took just over an hour to complete. I rate them a 10/10 and will be sure to recommend Volkswagen of Duluth and especially Serina.
