The manager and trainers are super friendly and happy to see me walk in the door. They are always able to answer a question that I might have and their Inbody scanner is super helpful.

Nicole is a FABULOUS manager!! Love the trainers as well. Everyone there helps me feel welcome and I love the location. The small business vibe is WAY better than the big box gym vibe. Love it here, it's my forever gym!!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Plenty of equipment, both cardio and strength training. Personal Trainer Tara Jonas is absolutely the BEST!

Agreed to a one year contract and quit using after six months due to relocation. Continued to pay out until my year ended. Anytime decided to auto renew the contract and send it to collections after I stopped paying past my year contract for a service that hasn't been used in over half a year. 10/10 world not recommend and encourage anyone considering joining anytime to consider somewhere else that won't take advantage of them.

Downhill as of late. Cleanliness is lacking, up to half a dozen pieces of equipment are out of order at once and remain unaddressed for months and as of today, so are two bathrooms. On that note, the bathrooms need new fans - self explanatory. They also ditched two treadmills, and now there aren’t enough and the remaining have various issues. It’s a busy, small gym, so upkeep is important.

Nice gym with a decent amount of equipment. Also a nice environment. I do think it is too pricey, considering there is no lockerroom, no bench press set ups (u have to use squat racks), and there is not a lot of space for free weights, so I feel i’m getting in other people’s way. Other than that the equipment is good quality.

The staff and people are great. There is a very friendly atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The trainers are friendly and push you to do better than you would on your own. The monthly challenges are a fun way to motivate you to do more. I enjoy being here 3 hours a day 5 days a week.

I love this gym so much. All the staff are super helpful, the pricing is fair, and it’s never overly crowded. Would definitely recommend this location to gym rats and new gym-goers alike!
