Our Golden Retriever Henry was a patient at Airport Animal Hospital for six years, ever since we moved to Duluth in 2018. The vets and staff at AAH are all fantastic. Henry was always so excited to go to the vet and was always so happy to see everyone there. We were frequent visitors due to many recurring skin infections, and we always felt like Henry had great care and all of our questions were answered. AAH also helped us navigate the process of having a fairly large cyst removed from Henry’s back leg, which included a referral and surgery in the Twin Cities.
Unfortunately, we had to put Henry to sleep a few days ago, and AAH was incredibly compassionate throughout the entire process. They made us aware of all of our options and made sure that we were able to do all of the necessary tests to put our minds at ease that we were making the right decision. Henry had hemangiosarcoma with swelling around his heart, so he was very weak and lethargic, which was completely out of character for him. Nevertheless, he perked up and wagged his tail every time a doctor or vet tech walked into the room during his treatment, a testament to how safe and cared for he felt at Airport Animal Hospital. AAH made this incredibly difficult time a bit easier by being compassionate and caring, including fielding some follow-up questions after the fact with incredibly quick response times.
We are very grateful for Airport Animal Hospital and the high-quality care they provide. When it’s time to welcome another dog into the family, we will definitely be returning as customers/patients.

We’ve been using AAH for all of our animals for many years, they know our names when we walk through the door, ask about our pets that aren’t with us, and always provide the best care possible!

I recently got a new puppy who had been experiencing diarrhea quite horribly. The staff got me in early the next morning and took very good care of my new puppy who had a whole lot more than just diarrhea going on. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and answered all my questions and I can tell they are happy and like their jobs. So grateful for the prompt help and the prices are super reasonable. Thank you!

I was babysitting a dog that was having medical issues and they were incredibly helpful everyone was extremely nice and they got me in right away to see the doctor. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely go there when I get a dog!

Very happy with my visit here. First time, called to see about getting in and they fit me in same day. Vet and his assistant did a great job with our animals. Will be changing to make them our main vet clinic.

Our dogs and us LOVE Airport! The staff is so caring, and the dogs even show their love and adoration for the staff at pick up time. I’ve had the pleasure of multiple phone calls and/or visits, and have never been left feeling uncared for or wanting. The after care follow up has always been impeccable as well. They. Care. About. Our. Dogs!
I don’t want anyone to be sad if they get a prescription bag that doesn’t have flare (it has happened to us once…we have an unexpected high needs dog that has had multiple prescriptions) but they have personalized the dogs’ care bags so adorably—it's the small things, right?—our dog’s names are Napoleon and Tiger for the bag pictures to make sense. I smile every time I have to reach into them. Their level of care and ability to make our, and our dogs’, hearts happy goes well beyond our visits there. If we could give more than 5 stars we would! The staff at Airport should be proud of the work they do! This review is backed from human visitor ages 4-44!

I have been a client of Airport Animal Hospital for 13 years now and I am always so pleased with the care they have for my four dogs. Everyone is so polite, genuine, and compassionate! I’ve never had a bad experience! ?

Because of a negative Google review- Dr Frank refused to see my dog in an emergency. Shame on you Dr Frank and Annette. It shows you don't care about animals and you should not be in the Vet business. Thank god there are other wonderful vets in the area- who by the way, agree that you should be shut down.

Had a great experience with my dog, who needed vaccines. They got me scheduled with really short notice & I appreciated that! My dog was nervous & they were very patient with her. The facility was nice & everyone was friendly.

Airport Animal Hospital is the best, Dr Fitzgerld and staff are very friendly and kind. They have taken good care of all my pets. My diabetic dog Maggie has been there the most and just loves going there. She gets so excited when we pull up and park and cant wait to go inside to greet the girls up front. When we go to the exam room she waits by the door for the vet to come in ?

I was so impressed with the staff!! My Pheebs was so nervous (as most are!) and they were so gentle, quiet, and sweet to her. She got everything she needed, we had good conversation on co concerns I had, and the prices were a shock! VERY REASONABLE! We had been going to a different local vet who was charging triple what I paid at Airport Animal Hospital and the care here was MUCH better. As I expect everyone feels, price isn't the key here, our fur babies health and care is the most important thing.

I would skip this practice.
I spent over 700 for two dogs and when I got home, one of the medications was not in the bag. When I called to let them know, they treated me like a criminal- like I was trying to get something for nothing - and I paid for it.
Ridiculous prices, and just ok care.
