I stop here at least twice a week if not more. Tonight I stop an I get my usual ft long with extra olives mayo an ving. Well the girl put 12 sliced olives on it. I asked for more olives and she told me could not give anymore than that. Usual never have this issue at any subway including this one until now and the staff member was very rude about it. I won't stop here again I will bring service to another location who is not rude and meets customers needs on Xtra olives. Sad but this one incident due to how I was spoken to is not right. Also we sat in dinning room must be manager that spoke to me like that cause she is currently yelling at another staff member out front behind till very unprofessional also wow if I was that new employee I would sue js.

Employees tonight were awesome. Even though they were having issues with credit card system and computer, they were very polite and courteous.

Food was great! Two guys working when we went in about 30 minutes before closing time. I tried to order a sandwich online at 8pm (they close at 9). Subway app indicated the store was closed.The guys didn’t seem impressed they had customers, so giving 4* on service and atmosphere.

Only car in the drive thru. Sat for 30 minutes. I didn't get my pop or chips. When I mentioned it she just stared at the recite so I just drove off. They weren't even busy.

Place has gone downhill. People communication skills need to be addressed. Places like this need to start each new associate with the first commandment of food service - the person ordering the food is paying your wage. Tuesday afternoon - gal was working very hard and was pleasant. Guy took over and … acted like he didn’t want to be there. No tip. Sandwich was good.Usually go there for super run twice a month in summer after golf. Not anymore.Others have said same thing.

Very sloppy to much mayo. Lettuce was wilted. I asked for black olives ,extra onion ,extra green pepper. Just to much extra mayo and it was warm .I asked for wheat bread cold ,not white bread . I would not recommend this Subway again.

Jasmin subway employee said "she's glad she broke the drive thru system, because she doesn't feel like working".Note to Manager and Owners: Why O Why do you have lazy people working in your establishment???? Please correct or you will get a bad reputation in town.

The chubby young lady making my sandwich was nothing but disrespectful and snappy. She had a mental breakdown while making my sandwich and couldn’t even finish. On my worst day of taco bell I have never been that rude to a costumer. Fire her immediately. She left this poor young doper alone to finish my sub. Atleast he didn’t have an attitude though.

Oct 27th I was in the Hawley Subway around 4 pm. I say this so the owner can look up the names of the 2 surly, inattentive women who were working. I was the only customer in line. They did not have name tags on . I was made to stand and wait multiple times during the very slow making of 2 12 inch subs while these 2 workers talked to each other about anything except their job. When we finally got to the ingredient stage, she put only a few olives on the first sandwich. When I asked for more, she said very rudely "Ma'm, I can only give you six olives. On a 12 inch sub?? that is not even enough to taste them. Is there an olive shortage?? The subs are already expensive these days. More talking between the 2 while I waited for my 6 olives on the veggy sub (which I did not ask for cheese on, so shouldn't this qualify for at least 10 olives?) Since she was talking, I put the stickers on my sandwich wrappers while waiting to check out. She rudely said "Ma'mI was going to do that" (when?) Then she had to ask if I wanted a bag of course I want a bag. and napkins. These 2 women are not helping your business at all . I doubt that I will ever go back to this Subway. When my husband had his sub for supper, he said " I asked you to get olives on this, there are not any. This sandwich is not good "He couldn't even taste them they were so scarce. How to drive customers away. Then the debit card machine asks if I want to tip them? I must say that there is one young man working there who is absolutely terrific. He is very fast, gets the ingredients right without asking twice and is very friendly. I wish I knew his name (why don't workers wear name tags?) He started workin this year in the early spring I think. I was there the first day he worked and could see he was learning and could see how eager he was to learn. Then I was in a month later and he was great. If he managed the place it would attract more repeat customers. I always tip him. Finally, a general comment. It is not fair to make in store customers wait repeatedly to allow online orders and drive ups priority in line. I once waited over 20 minutes to get my sandwich and I was the only person in line. Bad experience. I have met the owner and found him to be very nice. A place is only as good as your weakest workers.
