Tried closing my account here because random places were taking money out of my account making me overdraft and they take a percentage more everyday it’s overdrafted. I went in to close it they told me I couldn’t for 24 hours after a transaction because they obviously want to keep making me go negative and paying them more. Called Wells Fargo 800 number and they told me pretty much that this location lied to me and that they can close the account immediately stopping all payments. The people at this location did not know what they were talking about and in the end wanted to keep taking my money. I’m sick of companies like this who already take and take and then just continue to teach their employees to try to take more. With this economy I have no more to give let me keep my money I earned from working a full time warehouse job.This is exactly why I decided to change banks in the first place never hear anything good about this bank.

Ever have had issues here before. Until today when I called, the lady I spoke to, Tabitha, was flat out rude. Talked to me like I was a child…I’m a grown woman. Sorry I called about a discrepancy I’d never dealt with before so I didn’t know how to handle it or who to call first.

I had a lot of questions regarding my account and setting one up for my son and I talked to Tyler White and he was absolutely AMAZING. I don't have enough good things to say!!! Great experience. I'm a paranoid mom and he talked me throw everything and all my options. Even went above and beyond and answered questions that didn't deal with my account directly. Obviously well trained and knowledgeable. He definitely cares about his job and the customers. This guy deserves a raise! Thank you for such an amazing experience with this bank location. Other locations have been a nightmare for me!

Went in to make a transaction and the teller said he was busy and to go thru the drive-thru. I said that's OK I'm already inside and I can wait... no big deal. It was obviously a big deal for him. He replied snappy and asked what I'm here for. I responded and he said they no longer offer the service. I mentioned that other banks offer the service. He didn't like that. Needless to say it was not a good experience and who tells someone who is already inside to go to the drive-thru? There was not even a line. Poor customer service.

I would avoid this bank. The last three times I've visited I've had problems. 1) Staff unable to help with something easy and I had to go to the Wells Fargo in Woodbury to fix it 2) ATM was frozen, kept my card for 10 minutes, then was out of order 3) Rude staff, asking personal information that wasn't required for the transaction. I've been a WF account holder since 1986 and this is the first branch that has made me want to transfer my multiple accounts to another bank.

I love Wells Fargo. I have only had a few problems. In this city we are limited on "Big" banks. This is by far the most advanced bank in the area!

This is a bank that will not take money. Brought in a jar of change and bills. They said they've gotten rid of their change machine and will only take full rolls.
