From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience. They took care of unplanned issues and kept me in the loop the entire time. When I picked it up, it was not only washed and shiny, the inside looked like it had been detailed! Very excellent experience.

Wayne's Auto Body was awesome!!!!Prompt in the timeline he shared the car would be done. The communication was excellent! The car looked fantastic. Attention to detail was much appreciated. They also washed and cleaned the inside of the car and put my misc things together in a basket I had in the back seat. I would highly recommend to use this company. If I need more body work completed, this is the company. Thank you

When my Subaru Outback got hit by a distracted driver on Halloween I found myself in need of someone that could restore "Zippy" to it's former glory. Contacted my insurance and they recommended Wayne's Autobody. I took "Zippy" in and received a prompt and professional estimate. Dave even adjusted the inner fender so it didn't rub against the tire until repairs could be completed in January. I transferred the Insurance claim from my policy to the distracted driver's policy with no issues or deductible. Wayne's kept me up to date of repairs which ended up taking about a month due to parts availability. The repairs look as good as new. We did experience some wind noise on the opposite side of the car from what had been damaged/repaired. We discussed it with Mark and he adjusted the opposite doors and weather stripping no charge even though it probably had nothing to do with the accident. Great customer service! Would definitely recommend Wayne's Auto Body of Hastings, MN if you need repairs.Services: Painting

You go boom or get boomed into, they will fix it. They do the insurance work if there’s a claim. Very easy. And most importantly there work is fantastic.

Had a small job to do on my car. They got me in within a couple of weeks, considering they were booked out about 3 months. They were very nice and helpful. They did the job they said that they would, and no problems. I would use them again without a doubt. But hopefully I won't need their help, since I don't need any accidents happening to my 2016 Chevrolet Impala.Thanks much to the crew at Wayne's Auto Body in Hastings Minnesota!!!

Took our Pathfinder here after a dumpster jumped out of nowhere and bit the back of the vehicle. Friendly service, excellent communication, and exactly on schedule. Would recommend!
