I have been calling the Hastings MN post office all morning and letting it ring until it disconnects and call back right away AND NOBODY ever picks up. Very frustrating when you are immobile and can't physically go in! I will keep trying until they are sick of listening to the phone ring.

Not my review but seen it on the community page.Just wanted to compliment the staff at our local post office! They’re always so friendly, have a great sense of humor & they get through a long line really quickly with a smile on their face! They decided not to deliver my package said it was at the post office for pickup so I called the post office to ask why they said no it was out for delivery the next day. The lady I dealt with Grace was rude put me on hold for 7 minutes and very unhelpful.

My mail has been delivered to me by neighbors too many times. Then one day it's almost like they didn't even look they just placed all of my mail in someone else's mailbox. When I called I couldn't even tell the man my story. I was interrupted, he got my information, and said he'll speak to the person that does my route... good bye. Mail contains sensitive information and should be handle with extreme caution and care.

I think they only have one person working there, I call call call and no one ever picks up. I just need to ask a simple question before I drive all the way down there. I made an appointment and never received email confirmation either and I don't want to waste my time and gas for nothing. I'm fed up with the bs ways businesses operate these days.

If you are looking for quality customer service and kindness, this is the post office to choose! Mail carriers go above and beyond to make sure your mail is delivered. Office employees are always friendly and accommodating. Can't say enough positives! We recommend our post office to friends and family regularly.

Mailman literally brought in a slip that said there was no place to leave package and I wasn’t home when there was a place and I was home. Didn’t even bother ringing my bell. Then I scheduled a redelivery for the 13th and still nothing. Paid for first class mail for no reason. At this point I just want a refund and they can keep my package. I’m so over it. No ones answering their phone ether.

The worst experience ever. Had a 10am appointment for 3 passports. Each appointment is supposed to take 15mins. It took Laura Black 2 hours and 45minutes To process our 3 passports. when I asked her supervisor to help her because she obviously didn't know what she was doing, she said Laura was taking care of it. DO NOT GET YOUR PASSPORT HERE!

The Hastings Post Office has the best customer service. Although I try to do most things I can online, sometimes one just has to go to the Post Office. When I do, I really try to get in "Dale's" line because he is the best. He's friendly, fast and efficient. (Dale, if you are reading this, can we please be friends?). I am so thankful there is a great post office in my town.

I spent $ 14,000 on my yard and I have a sign up for the mail carriers not to cross my yard to get to the neighbors Some carriers others like the young kid carriers don't care I have there conversation on my ring that they don't It's a shame and I call the postmaster too
