This store botched my passport photo, and thus my renewal application. When I came back for a refund the manager was rude and distrustful. She never even apologized, but seemed to be angry at me.(The photo itself is clearly non-compliant now that I check, but the manager blamed some government worker "having a bad day." No taking responsibility.)

This is my top UPS store. They’re always efficient and friendly; But today was exceptional. I thought it would take longer due to the amount of customers and it took ONE MINUTE! Kudos to them! It took me longer to write this review.

These guys have been absolutely GREAT handling our printing needs. We used to use other providers but now any time we need any posters, flyers, or other materials for our business we have been going to this UPS store and they have been doing amazing. Even recently, we had a minor print quality issue with one of the posters we printed and they responded immediately to our concerns and reprinted it right away. Great customer service. Thanks Caitlin!

$10 for 1 basic size box is absolutely ridiculous. I thought she was joking because when I asked Siri if UPS store would have a free box to ship my item she said yes. “In most cases they will package your item for free” and ups employee says 10 bucks!? ?I realize 10 Bucks don’t seem like much to most people to a lot of people but to a one income single father of 3 10 bucks could be put to much better use. Also learned that they charge $2 for 3 pieces of tape ???

I went to the Ups store in Hastings Mn today. A lady named Sandy helped me. I had a horrible mess up on a return that Amazon created. While Sandy was helping me for or five more people came in. I don't know how she did it but she helped me and in between was able to help most of the people waiting! All with patience, kindness and courtesy!! She helped me with my issue and even though I was frustrated she was calm and helpful. She did not miss a beat. Sandy you made my day! Thank you for the wonderful service and keep up your great attitude. 12 star service!!!
