Worked well for our needs. The place is kept clean. The drive was plowed in winter. Communication was simple and clear. No issues at all.

Nice, clean storage facility and storage rooms. Easy access and entry/exit. Very convenient location for our short-term storage during our move into a new home. Highly recommend this storage facility.

We needed a place to rent last moment to store an RV and thankfully they had a few spots open. Darin was so helpful and pleasant to deal with and for the price I thought it was very reasonable. Nice clean facility and easy access. I would definitely recommend River Town storage.

Rivertown Storage is very secure, kept clean, well maintained (year round) and the Owner is a great communicator. If I ever have a need or concern, the owner responds to messages within a few minutes with answers or solutions. The facility in Hastings is in a perfect location to make quick, convenient stops.

Had a short term rental need - Darin was super responsive, quickly got us into a unit and allowed us to move around the corner as our need for space increased. When I emptied the unit (as we were moving into a new home) Darin called me after a lock check and asked what was up (I forgot to give him a ring and let him know I was vacating the space). Couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks Darin!!!

New, clean and well maintained. I needed a storage unit quick, and the online process was easy and fast. I was putting in boxes the next day. Your stuff is in a secure site. Access is easy and many hours of operation. I highly recommend River Town Storage!

I would highly suggest a rental storage unit here. Darin the owner is a good landlord. I used this basically as a second garage. I left my motorcycle and nice car here throughout the year. Darin is very helpful, and accommodating.

I called several storage cos and River Town was the only one where a Human answered. I spoke with Darrin McFadden and was set up with a storage unit within 24 hours with no hassle. Rarely have I ever set up anything that fast!
