We had our puppy come to Rio Gran for their Puppy Classes, it was great! The trainers were awesome and everyone that attended seemed to have a great time. Other than the classes we've boarded our dog here a handful of times and it's always been wonderful, the suites are very neat looking and comfy!

Our dogs always enjoy coming here! They take amazing care of our dogs as if they were their own. We love boarding them here and wouldn't go anywhere else for it.

Always a good experience. Very nice folks to work with! Love that they come to your car to get your dog and bring them back out. Also using the card on file to pay is a huge help since I pick up my daughter's dogs.

I have been bringing my Golden Retriever here for almost four years and I don’t have one worry about him while we are traveling. We know he is in getting excellent care and is having a blast playing with his new friends he meets! He can’t get out of the car fast enough when we arrive each time!

We will only ever trust our dogs to stay at Rio Gran. Never a bad experience, always friendly people, ALWAYS happy pups post-daycare or post-boarding. Their training classes are worth the money. Worth every penny, and every moment in the car to visit.

My dog was groomed by a professional groomer but they didn't do a good job on my puppy. I had to take him back the next day. His nails were still sharp, he didn't have a clean smell, and the hair in his face was not short enough.

My dog is very shy and scared of people she doesn’t know. However, the staff here is amazing at helping her feel calm!

Agree with most comments here - I am a veterinarian, taught at a vet school for 13 years, and this is one of the best boarding facilities I have worked with. My dad’s two dogs spend 10 days there during a health issue, and they were immaculately taken care of. They also allowed us to come and go for visits, made sure they were bathed and brushed for the visits, etc. I cannot recommend them enough.
