So far so good. Had a big brake job done. There seemed to be grinding at first when I left there but that might be because of new parts getting broke in. All good so far. Thank you Jason (I believe) for suggesting the Goodyear credit card as well with no interest if paid in full within 6 months as my Auto Pass card wasn’t accepted there. Thanks for the fast turnaround as well! Shannon
Well it may be sooner than later. A few days after, when I would be stopped at a light for too long idling, car was chugging like and acting as if it would kill. Now it did kill a couple of times within the last week, but started right up. I will be stopping in there as soon as I can. Thank you. Shannon

I've been to Paramount three or four times now and I feel very confident going back to them. They checked warranties and we're willing to lose business saying "go to the dealership to get it replaced free". I always double check work that gets done, and they've been incredible and truthful. They listened to my wife and took her claims seriously as well, and didn't try and rip her off. Special shout out to Jeremy who works the front. His honesty and clarity in explanations keeps me coming back.

I had an oil change, tire rotation, and a nail in a tire removed. The service individuals that I dealt with were excellent. The person whom I scheduled the appointment was very polite. The person with whom I dealt with during the appointment was very polite too.

Horrible. They refused to perform a simple tire patch without name, phone number, email, address. Money for service was not enough. Will not consider returning.

My Honda CR-V had three lights come on on the dashboard - the check engine light, the exclamation point in the triangle, and the VSA light. The last time those three lights came on, the v-tech assembly needed to be replaced. That was in January. This time, though, it was just an oil change.
