If I could rate them at 0 I would do that. They have the worst service department. DO NOT USE THEM! Brought our truck in they had it over a week. They misdiagnosed it and said it was fixed. The very next morning the same issue started again. Obviously they don't do any testing afterwards. Second time we brought it in, they had it two days to diagnose the problem again but they had no parts. I understand they may have to order parts which is fine. We had them order the part but give the truck back until part came in. Third trip now, parts come in and made an 8:30 an appointment. We were told it's a 3-4 hour job. So we think it should be done that day. It's not how it works. We finally got the vehicle after 3 days of them installing this part. They have 7 technicians so I'm told. Don't know if there incompetent or poorly managed. They have no loaners ever, so you're basically without a car.

Save your money!!! The service department sucks. Made a appointment two weeks out for a oil and filter change and for a diesel mechanic to look for a diesel leak. When I got there, I was told the diesel mechanic had call in sick that morning and there was no one that could look for the leak, but could still do the oil and filter change. When to the waiting room and 10 minutes later they came and told me there was no one available to do the oil and filter either. Said I could make a appointment for later in the week. This is the second appointment I have made with the same old crap !!! ( the mechanic call in sick) SAVE YOUR AND TIME Go to the Ford dealership in Redwing MN.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Drove 40 mins to test drive a Jeep and the heat was broken in -4 degree weather. They then tried to sell me a vehicle that was double the price. They told me they were going to get it serviced and get back to me in a week so I could go in and purchase the vehicle. After multiple texts and calls with no response, a week later, I called and they SOLD the vehicle. Do not waste your time. I worked with Kylie.

Don't take your car here for warranty repairs. I have one of, if not the most, best selling sedans for the time period it was made and they do not have all the parts needed for my warranty repair. They broke something and want to keep my car for at least three, if not six days (weekend delay). It was supposed to be a three hour repair. This repair has been scheduled for three weeks. If they don't have all the replacement parts for a car, in case something like this happens, they should not do the repair or at least pay for overnight shipping for the part needed. Or lend the customer a loaner car. Just because it's a warranty repair and Ford is only going to give them so much as reimbursement does not justify scrimping and denying the customer the use of their car for almost a week. I needed my car to go to the Twin Cities this week. It is now unsafe to drive and they will not let me take it. I received no apology for this when called. Very disappointed.

Buyer beware. Contacted Hastings Automotive via Cars.com for a used Mazda 3 and Clayton, via Messenger, stated that they couldn't wouldn't provide an estimate for our trade (an exceptional 2014 Mercedes 250 CLA) because if their quote was "too low we never see you and too high and it comes in not how we expected it is really hard to go down on a quoted price". Unfortunately, my daughter liked their vehicle (online) and so my wife and daughter made the long 60 minute trip despite misgivings - we should have listened to our intuition. Once there the Mazda for sale was clearly overpriced (smelly) and they offered nearly $4,000 less than both KBB and NADA had for our trade. When I called the dealer after hearing how they had been treated, he made excuses and even falsely quoted NADA and KBB values. Unfortunately, these guys live up to the caricature of the used car salesmen. Shame on us for assuming a Ford dealership would be reputable. If I were Ford and cared about my brand I'd kick these guys to the Yugo dealer network.

Very friendly parts department. Great staff. Patient and seemed very eager to help me find a part that I was not very good at describing. They did figure out what it was and I am so grateful for the time they spent helping me!

Do not buy a used vehicle from this location! They sold me a lemon, didn't even drive it 400 miles and it needed a new starter .... wouldn't give me any type of credit and didn't find me a suitable replacement. IF they were a loyal, trusting company, they would have made me an agreement that would satisfy their shady deal, but instead, they just washed their hands of me and I was out my hard earned cash.

Prepare to spend the whole day if you bring your vehicle in for service. A simple oil change takes an hour and a half. Their loaner vehicles are always "out". Front brakes and rotors took 4 hours. Oil change, 4 wheel alignment and A/C test took just over four and a half hours. Not sure why I've continued to torture myself bringing my vehicle there for service. Time to find a more reliable and efficient mechanic.

I have been buying vehicles here since 1997 and have always been treated very well by every employee here from service to sales. The vehicle I purchased here new in 1997 was over 1400.00 less than the "employee price" that was quoted to me by Tousley (now auto nation) Ford.

I was shopping for a vehicle earlier this year so I was checking out several dealerships. Some weren't open when I stopped by for a test drive, some were selling junk, a couple were really helpful. This dealership will tell you if they think the car you're interested in is right for you or not. The belittling term "little lady" lingered in the air. Look, I'm a grown woman. I can research cars on my own and did so when I was shopping. Safety ratings are important and I'll trust the Nat Hwy Safety Institute before I trust a car dealership.

I dropped my car off and was told it would take 1-2 weeks to fix. I call 2 1/2 weeks later for the status and they tell me that they haven't even started working on my car. I was then told that they would work on it when they had a chance. Horrible customer service and they didn't offer any solutions other than excuses.
