In October I dropped my car off at 8 am. I did not receive a call back when my vehicle was ready. When I biked over in the evening they reported to me the diagnostic read, said it would cost me an exorbitant amount of money to repair and that the part they needed to replace couldn't be found anywhere in the country.Two weeks were spent revisiting the issue, troubleshooting with "Got Brakes" staff, but I was only faced with continued delays and broken promises.Finally, I set up an appointment with an auto shop down the road who managed to find and replace the part in about 24hrs.I don't plan to trust the staff at Got Brakes with my vehicle (or my financial resources) again.

The duo at Got Breaks was amazing. Very honest and helpful. Thought I had a huge proven on my hand as it was an older car with a lot of miles but turns out just need some new wires and spark plugs. Was so appreciative of the way I was treated and the speed of the service. I highly recommend and they will be my new go to for any repairs in the future.
