“Kevin is highly knowledgeable, and he did a great job handling our suddenly kaput Samsung Frame TV with in-home service (out-of-warranty repair at a reasonable cost). When the repair couldn't be completed on-site, he brought it back to the shop and drove it out to me, fixed, the following week. All in all, great service!

“Cannot say enough good about the Verizon staff in Hastings ! Being a 73-year-old who is technologically deficient, Sam went above and beyond to help me. I wanted to switch to Verizon from my current carrier and Sam spent 4 solid hours helping me jump through all the hoops with the old provider. Including being on hold waiting for a representative from old carrier ! Both Sam and Jarrod were patient and truly helpful so I highly recommend this store and excellent staff !”
