So a few days ago I went to get medication for my ADHD child and my own medication and they didn't have my sons medication ready that had been in days before I even went and I even got text to verify it was ready for pick-up. This has been an ongoing problem I continue to have with them everytime I have to get his medication. I then went home to realize they had given me the wrong medication as they refilled my medication that I had already had refilled and not the one that needed to be filled so I had to wait to go back as they were closed by the time I got home and noticed. I then went back the next day (yesterday) and went to pick-up the right one and the lady at the window was very rude and I had my son in the back of my car. She asked for my name and I have a very different name so I always spell it out well she had started to yell at me about asking what my first name was which I then told her what it was again and how to spell it and she was like "oh I had that for your last" she then finally walked off to get my medication and when she got back she asked if there was any cars behind me which I said no as there was not and she slammed the window in my face and locked it and continued to walk off without saying anything about having a good day or anything. Again my son was in the back and then started questioning why the lady was so mean/ rude and all I have to say is I don't care if it's your break time or not if you work in customer services like I have you do NOT treat your customers that way at all and you should be fired. Do better!!

Outstanding. The staff was helpful and KIND. As full time travelers their willingness to work through and issue with a medication script was so appreciated. I can't say enough kind words about these wonderful people.

I called I was having an emergency & need my inhaler & didn’t have one with me I was in town & not able to make it home to the country to get mine & it was over a month before I was supposed to be able to get the refill on the inhaler … I spoke with the pharmacist & explained my situation … he was nice enough to tell me to come in & get it it would be ready in less than 10 mins & sure enough it was!!

Horrible experience, more than once. They are completely closed for lunch mid day when people are out and about running errands. They were closed at 1:45 on Sunday and wren’t open till 10:00am when I came by at 9:30.Today I got a text saying my Rx would be ready by 1:30. Its 3;52 and its not ready yet!!!!!What a frustrating place to try to do business with.

Got critical, time sensitive medication that I need to take ASAP, but CVS won’t fill it and asked me to wait for 2 days. My hospital pharmacy offered to fill to med, but when they called CVS, they never picked up the phone, for over an hour. Then I tried to call and I tried calling them myself, no luck for another hour of waiting. This is delayed care that could cause permanent health consequences for me simply because they won’t answer the phone. I’m scared for my life…..

Third time I’ve called for the pharmacy (during regular business hours), and no answer (each time listened to their hold music for over 30 minutes - once for 48 minutes..!)…. Please hire more people!Finally got through after 20 minutes on the fourth call… The person on the other side of that phone was awesome!

I have tried to get a hold of the pharmacy for 35 minutes and no answer. Then I called the front store and they said they will do a direct transfer to the pharmacy and they will answer. I have now been on hold an additional 15 minutes and still no answer. Frustrated to say the least.

Their inventory levels are excellent, but they have poor time management on filling certain types of prescription that require the pharmacist. You can call between 6 & 24 hours in advance and your prescription won't be filled until you arrive resulting in a 20 - 30 minute wait. The frequency of this is happening is around 75%. I've gone without a prescription because I did not have that amount of time to spare, which is why I call hours if not a day in advance.
