The store is slipping. They put items in add & dont have on hand or ready. Ask an employee for when to expect available & that doesnt happen. They say short staffed & dont have time. When you stop at the store 3 different days in the week & cant get the item in the add it is disappointing to say the least!

Customer service is important to the employees. Pharmacists and staff are always pleasant even when they are clearly tired.

Very nice cub store!! Went on wed 9/15/21 Everyone on the team is very nice and friendly! Clean store. Yummy Fried chicken in the deli!!
