The tech (I don’t know his name) isn’t very friendly at all, and you ask when the estimated time your prescription will be ready, and he brushes you off and doesn’t even give you an answer. The store is slipping. They put items in add & dont have on hand or ready. Ask an employee for when to expect available & that doesnt happen. They say short staffed & dont have time. When you stop at the store 3 different days in the week & cant get the item in the add it is disappointing to say the least!

Customer service is important to the employees. Pharmacists and staff are always pleasant even when they are clearly tired.
