“Jared has great customer service skills! We ordered a Kindle for my daughter for our long road trip, after ordering there was a delay and it was supposed to come after we left. I called to see if I could pick it up before it went out for delivery and he said it should be there the next day and since it was prime days they'll have tons of packages to go through, but he would try and find it and set it aside. I called the next day and he already had it set aside, I asked how late they are open so I could come pick it up, and he said we would drop it off! Thanks to him he saved my daughter many hours of boredom!”

“I came in to return a package via FedEx. They printed the label for me and were very helpful. The charge for printing the label was $1, but the minimum charge for a card was $5. I didn't have any cash, so they said I could "get us next time." Super sweet and helpful people.”
