“Only based on a simple tire puncture repair. Guys in the shop were very friendly. Brought in the tire already off the vehicle. Cost $40.37. Seems ($30 labor + $5 part + $5 Hazardous Material. Basically a plug was installed. They did what was asked & repaired the tire, But now I regret not simply putting in the plug myself and saving the $40. Reader be the judge on whether or not this was reasonable.”

“I unfortunately had my car damaged (while parked) in a parking lot and had to shop around for repair shops. I called all over the metro and north of the cities to find a place to get an estimate fast. I was distressed as most places only preformed online estimates or you had to schedule days to weeks out to get one in person. Since I have found Anderson Koch’s auto servicing of my F150 very good, I took a chance and called their onsite collision center. The friendliest employees, Kim, answered and said, "yes, come in anytime and I will write up a quote while you wait." I immediately drove from the cities there. Kim wrote up the quote, discussed options, and even identified damage other collision estimate writers missed. Throughout the process the responsible party's insurance was anything but responsive. However, Kim, Cindy, and the manager Alex kept on them for me. We got the repair done and I truly could not be happier with the experience and quality of work! I am deeply grateful to Kim, Cindy, and Alex for making a difficult situation much, much better!”
