I am a field compactor technician in central Texas who recently joined a company who provides services to end users of Harmony Compactors. I was not familiar with Harmony’s electronics and their PLC’s. Jason, a resident technician at Harmony is with out question the Best house tech I have ever had the pleasure of working with whilst in the field. He is patient, he is thorough, he is very easy to communicate with and most importantly he is incredibly knowledgeable of his companies equipment. Though Harmony equipment is very solid issues still arise, I’m grateful to know Jason and Harmony as a whole are available to me in the future.Thank you Jason and Harmony, outstanding Tech support ?

HEY HARMONY YOU RESPOND TO GOOD REVIEWS SO YOUR READING THEM> WHY DONT YOU RESPOND TO THE BAD ONES????? GOOD THING IS IVE BEEN ABLE TO TURN HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF BUSSINESS AWAY FROM YOUR COMPANY AND SEND IT TO ACE OR PTR. they don't pay their bills. we have invoices over a year old. they don't return phone calls ignore emails . we have contacted a attorney who they seem to have ignored . were now going to have to place leans on equipment start removing and getting with other service companies that there screwing over to file a class action suit and just force them to pay or go bankrupt.

Update: 11/7/2022 - Just spoke with Customer Service Manager, Lindsey Barrett and it was an experience. Again, do not use this company.I really wanted to deal with an American Made product and thought Harmony was the way to go. But, this has been one of the worst decision I could have made. Please learn from my mistakes. First, they push a predator lending company Ascentium Capital for financing (DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!) Next the brand new machine I purchased was out of commission for the first two months with fluid leaking from it. I have had issues with it from day one and the customer support staff is horrible. Lastly, they are trying to bill me for the multiple service calls to my facility that were made by their contractors because they were unable to get to the bailer. Contactors that would just show up randomly without prior schedule or appointment or even a call. I wouldn't recommend them.

If I could rate Harmony Enterprises, Inc as a negative star I would. Our company performed service and installation work for Harmony Enterprises, Inc. HARMONY DOES NOT PAY THEIR SUBCONTRACTORS!!!! How do they rectify this? It's not by answering the phone, returning a call or email! They just don't talk to you! No matter how many phone calls or emails you send with invoices and statements attached THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE AND THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS! This is not a very REPUTABLE COMPANY! There are much better options out there

Nick and the rest of the Harmony team were very helpful throughout the equipment selection and installation process. The business is realizing significant savings now that we are baling OCC and compacting waste. In addition, we improved process flow and saved warehouse space.Thank you Harmony!

Harmony is a wonderful company to do business with. From the first phone call to the delivery of our machine, the process was seamless. We found that other companies we spoke to during the research process were not as helpful and did not know their product. Highly recommended - US sales service production! In two short month Harmony helped us decide what baler to buy, produced the baler and delivered it to our door! We originally thought we would need training support (which they offer) but after taking delivery the unit was pretty much a plug and play easy to use and operate machine.

The same complaints as so many other vendors on here. 0 payments for 2 years and almost cost us our family business. Horrible company to deal with and should be shut down so it cannot happen to one other business's. Have complained and written letters to so many different departments with the same result, lies and false promises. Beware and if you are a federal or State entity you have no right buying from a Harmony with our Tax dollars. Shame on you Harmony for the lack of respect for your vendors.
