Always found the staff there to be extra friendly and helpful until a recent situation where I enlisted thier service for a small repair and got my car back in absolute terrible condition. Immediately we called them and told them something was worst then ever before. They rechecked the car ensuring us nothing was wrong. They gave us the run around until finally offering to refund only the part they replaced but would charge us full price for even more labor denying doing any damage. I brought it to the dealership where they immediately found out that the axel was cracked and that the ring and pinion had become lodged in the transmission shredding it. They couldn't be 100% sure but said it was highly likely the damage was from the recent repair. I was suprised and disapointed that such reputable people were refusing to make good on thier mistake. I find it to be suspiciously coincidental that my car would be totally ruined right after they worked on it. Don't take your vehicle here ever. They have gone downhill since losing thier best mechanic.
