“Called for a tow service and Joe was there within 10 minutes, he’s cool as hell and was very quick and efficient, we ran into a few problems and he was able to get them figured out fast, he was careful and considerate of the car when he was towing it and gave me and my mom a ride up to the front to keep her from walking.”

“This was my first visit to BP for service. It was great being able to schedule evening service when my car started making scary noises. I was certain it would be a very expensive, major repair and was more than surprised when it was an easy, quick, inexpensive fix. I drive an older car and sometimes have a chip on my shoulder about Wayzata classism…and was only treated with warmth and courtesy by BP staff. Thank you!!!”

“My brother-in-law recommended we bring our 2005 Subaru Outback to Tommy's for a strut fix. They were super honest and since we are going to let our elderly mother and father-in-law, we wanted to have them check it out and ensure it was safe.They listed some stuff that could be fixed, but unlike the dealership, they didn't have any pressure.The car drives like it did before the strut issue and Tommy was actually at the desk when we picked it up. Super cool guy and seemed super honest, what more do you want in a car guy?We will be back often. They are right across the street from a NAPA auto part place, which probably helps!”
