They’ve got you covered in plant needs and spiritual needs as well bc it’s an experience standing in the warm, sunny greenhouse surrounded by all these lush plants (and good music)! The folks that work here are passionate and take pride in everything that goes on here and that’s always great to see. Special mention to the cactus room - I freaking love it in there!”

“Came in last Sunday looking for a ceramic pot and plant to fit the metal plant stand I brought along. We were approached by a young lady named Lila. She helped us measure the plant stand and find a beautiful ceramic pot. Then we asked for her assistance in recommending a plant that would be hardy enough outdoors throughout the Summer without regular watering.
She took us down several aisles in the greenhouse and recommended a Dipladenia which I really liked.
She also helped us secure a saucer for under the plant inside the pot. This young lady was so polite and courteous and very professional. She said she really hadn't worked there very long but she sure seemed comfortable assisting her customers. She also checked us out at the front and offered to help take our items to our vehicle.
My mother is vision impaired and elderly at almost 89 and she commented later how very nice Lila was to take time to help us. Lucky for Lynde Greenhouse to have such a dedicated employee. We can't wait to visit again!”

“Dundees used to have a retail nursery in Plymouth which was close to my house and which I patronized quite often. Now this business is closed but Dundee still operates a wholesale nursery in Rogers/Maple Grove. I went there twice, and the gentlemen (John Henning and Nate) were very generous with their time and very well informed. They have been with Dundee for decades (which says a lot about the owner of this company!). I purchased a tree, and had it delivered to my home. The gentleman who made the delivery was named Dan. He was terrific! He gave me some tips on planting the tree and brought the tree around to the backyard. He had also been with Dundee for 35+ years! To all the Dundee guys that helped me: GREAT JOB! I highly recommend this nursery!”

Purchasing over sixty bags per annum allows me to compare competitive alternatives from multiple sources. I have found Patio Town bagged mulch to be my first choice based on volume, quality, and price. “I went to the store today to see their fun variety of plants and was not disappointed. The staff had a difficult day due to an unexpected computer system failure. Not to mention it was 85 degrees and humid. The staff was extremely apologetic about the issue, which they couldn't control, and provided the most incredible customer service. I can't recommend this place enough. On the way out of the store, an employee let an entering customer know they were closing early due to the computer issue. The lady scoffed and loudly said, "this is what I get. It's like I'm being punished for trying to shop local." The employee didn't say anything back, took a deep breath, and proceeded to wish me a good evening. Shout-out to that amazing employee and to all of the staff. You can clearly see every employee cares about their job. I hope the lady has the day she deserves.”

“This has been my go to place for the randomness of my job and taking care of my home. I have been to this location multiple times and have received stellar service . Whenever I stop by I'm always greeted with smiles and helpful workers. On busy days sometimes you have to be patient for for assistance . A worker told me that if you look up the item you are looking for online it actually lists which aisle and what section the item is in. This has been super helpful for when I visit. This has been great. Sometimes when they do not have the item I want in stock there's so much more on their website. I've had these delivered to my place of work and also done pick ups at the actual. It has been super h lồi.”

“I really appreciate the help I got from Nikki from the lumber department. I recently had back surgery and it was difficult to get the heavier treated lumber. He cut several pieces I needed and was a life saver.

Initially I sought help from another employee in charge delivery pickup. He was dismissive and stated he was busy even though no one was around and told me to go Prodesk. He also did not page anyone to help me either. It turns out the item was right in front of him. Gets better where he started yelling at other employees in front of customers. He also proceeded getting in front of customers face justifying his behavior because he was under pressure to load trucks.

In spite of all the chaos that one employee, Nikki was very professional and got what I needed. Thanks Nikki, you are awesome. I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the other employee.”

“This location offers exceptional customer service! We had the pleasure of meeting Zayreric, who was incredibly kind and engaging with my boys (6 and 8 years old). They had an absolute blast, all thanks to him. His kindness truly made all the difference!”

“I walked in about 6:45 PM to rent a 20” chainsaw. Brad helped me and told me before I departed with it that I should try and start it with several pulls first without using the choke because the Echo Brand saw seems to start better that way.
He also said if it didn’t start after three pulls then to use the choke for one pull and then back it off and pull again and it should start.
Well, he was right and once the saw started it ran perfectly and with very good power. The chain on the saw was sharp, the fluids were full and I cut up several tree trunks in about 45 minutes and had the chainsaw returned within 1 1/2 hours.
