I have AAA, and today they sent Kelly's towing to tow my truck. I've known this business since they started and both thumbs up ?? they have ALWAYS been the BEST in every way!! Even when my 40' Horse trailer and 1 ton dually needed help, I called them because I knew what great service they provide. From the great phone service and especially the swift and knowledgeable mechanical work and tow that William provided today, shows THEY CARE about being the best! These guys tried to be as helpful as possible. From the dispatcher who tried to find the closest rig to get there quickly, to the driver(Nick) who gave advice about where to find good tires at a good price. Great job guys!

I would give this company a dozen more stars if I could.My daughter is a very new driver and had an incident that left her car inoperable. It was a Sunday, it was snowing, and we are not local. I found Kelly's Wrecker Service on Google Maps and spoke with Bill. Bill's first concern was my daughter's safety. He was quick to get to her, brought her to the sporting event that she had been traveling to, and called me to verify that he had her car and she was safe. He also located a local shop that her car could be towed to on a Sunday without consequence.Later in the day, I made my way across the Twin Cities to pick up my daughter. When I arrived, she had nothing but nice things to say about the treatment that she received. She felt safe and had enjoyed their conversation a great deal.I am very grateful for the incredible service that our family received from Kelly's Wrecker Service and would highly recommend this company.Thank you Bill!

On Christmas Day, on my way to my family's, my truck just died half way there. I was lucky to get to the shoulder of the road. Called AAA and they sent Kelly's! Less than an hour wait on Christmas! He towed me to my repair shop over 50 miles from where I was stranded. He carefully delivered me and my truck to the shop. He waited until I was in my friends vehicle before he left. I highly recommend Kelly's Wrecking service to anyone who needs the services they offer!Service: Car towing

I didn't even use them but I am giving them 5 stars! After my Jeep wouldn't start I called for a tow, but LITERALLY minutes after setting it up and paying, my Jeep started on its own! I called immediately back and was told they would speak with a supervisor and get back to me. Roughly an hour later I received a great message letting me know they can refund majority of my cost, keeping a little for the time the driver out of his day. This company is worth it! I will use them for sure if ever needed!

Kellys picked up my Range Rover and delivered it to the dealership missing the rear spoiler and brake light assembly. Despite photos clearly showing the vehicle in perfect condition sitting on their flat bed tow truck they refused to take responsibility for the $5000 in damage to the vehicle. In talking to the dealership they said the vehicle had been errantly placed backwards on the tow truck resulting in the damage. If you have a vehicle that youve taken car of find a different company for your towing needs.
