My Ram Pickup was suffering an issue on one of the cylinders, I contacted Victory and setup an appointment and brought it in,
I have to say they were very communicative letting me know what they found and what the repair would be, they worked with the extended warranty company since I had bought one when I bought the pickup, now repaired, it runs great again.

Have you seen "Tires" on Netflix? This shop is the kind of place Will WISHES he ran, haha. Taylor is a super nice guy, and he explained things well. I'm not a car guy, so it's nice they itemize services with little explanations that are easy to understand. They're not pushy at all, just shoot straight! Plus, their waiting room is literally nicer than my own living room. Highly recommend!

Victory Auto in Ham Lake is first class! They got me in next day for a repair on my jeep when the dealership was booked out 2 months. They fixed it same day, and I was blown away by the reasonable pricing. Jay was so helpful and professional, along with everyone I encountered there. We will be bringing all the family cars to Victory Auto going forward!

Victory Auto has been awesome. I take all my vehicles there for service with integrity. Last service on my Traverse included spark plug replacements and fuel injector maintenance. Keeping it going strong over 200K miles.

Victory are the biggest scam artists in the business. Bring your vehicle in for an oil change and they’ll list $3000 worth of repairs. Don’t do it. Don’t go here, ever, for anything, ever.

Victory Auto is very honest and reliable! Multiple times they have repaired my Toyota Highlander. Recently the oxygen sensor needed replacing and they were so efficient and helped to resolve the problem. The service is always friendly, efficient and HONEST!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
