“I'm not sure where to start, so let's start from the beginning. I went to Jake's auto mall after having life circumstances and bad decisions leave me with very bad credit and the need to find a place that would trust me to make payments on a reliable vehicle. I walked in expecting to be treated like I was just another customer. To my delight, I was treated with respect and dignity.
