John,did me well. He knows what he's doing I was there less than an hour and my windshield was fixed. He answered all my questions and he made sure I understood what I need to do after the fix. Than you twin cities auto glass.

They came to my house all the way from the cities out to Isle Minnesota being I had a heated garage. I believe they were done in a little over an hour and a half. No scratches to my truck glass is all cleaned up I could not be happier. Now I can put new military decals on my back glass, that was the reason they were broke out in the first place where my military decals. Twin City Glass was very efficient clean and kind

I have an 03 Envoy and the back lift gate window got busted out. The glass was not able to be put in due to having some issues with the top valance that had the cyclops light in it on the lift gate being broken and one of the hinge pins not comming out. So after the first attempt to get the Glass in I was told I need a new valance and hinge which twin cities auto glass manager was able to get the valance for free through insurance. So after making the next appointment and doing some of my own work on the hinge pins and bushings they were able to put the glass and the new valance in about 15 minutes and now it looks like a whole new SUV. I have to say thanks to everyone that took the time to get it done right and the installer that had to come out multiple times.

Twin Cities Auto Glass was wet helpful when another company, safelite, cancelled my appointment without notifying me, TWICE!With that being said Twin Cities came through clutch and got my sunroof replaced with no issues quick and easy. Notifying me of their eta and was very professional when they arrived.

Josh called ahead of his visit to give me an estimated time of arrival. He was professional and friendly. Josh left my vehicle better than he found it, by not only replacing the cracked windshield but touching up spots where paint was chipped around the windshield before putting the new glass in. Excellent service, excellent work.
