“Rented here for about 4 years and never had any issues. Customer service was always great and very helpful when I first decided to rent on choosing the best unit for my needs. I was always kept up to date with any work being done on site (re-paving etc.) and my unit never showed signs of pests or bugs which was great. Definitely recommend renting here.”

“We had a great experience with Ace Moving! Manuel (Manny) Rodriguez led our move, including packing, loading, driving and unloading at our destination. He and his crew were professional, friendly and efficient. They were great to work with. Manny was very communicative and made sure everything went the way we wanted. He continued to check in throughout the times he was in our home and make sure things were running smoothly. He was able to fit some big furniture up very narrow steps -- we were very impressed! He was also just a joy to work with, bringing a positive energy to the moving experience. Brandon helped us by coming out to the house to provide an estimate, and we were really impressed with his work and communication. Sherry and Ashley helped with coordinating the logistics and making sure to be in touch before and throughout the move. All were great! Thank you so much for helping in our relocation!”

“Can't say enough nice things about this place. Customer service was great, price was good, the move was outstanding!We stacked things in the container, knowing FOR SURE they're going to shift, and flop all over, but it was 330am and we had to get all our stuff moved immediately and had no choice. Nothing shifted. Nothing moved. Everything was exactly the way we left it in the container. Unreal.It's pretty cool to watch the guy load and unload. He has a remote controlled pallet jack thing, which was interesting to watch. It's cool though, the container isn't getting put on and off at a 45 degree angle, so nothing's shifting.Yeah, all in all I really liked the company, and we'd totally use them again”

“Great experience moving an antique baby grand piano with these guys. They're incredibly professional, friendly, and I had extreme peace of mind that my beloved family piano was safe in their hands. On top of all that, they found a solution to fix the pedal leg that had been disconnected about 30 years prior. They took extreme care to position the piano too since it was moved to a location with a hard wood floor. Would hire them again in a heartbeat to move anything!”

“Our garage became the storage dumping ground for childhood memorabilia, tools, tires, etc. for the whole family so we all decided to split a storage unit together. I looked at a few options but the CubeSmart website was so easy to use that within minutes, I had a unit reserved.I took a copy of my homeowners policy to prove that our items would be covered in case of a loss and met with JoAnn who was very friendly. She explained everything, gave me a tour and showed me a couple of options. I was given access to an phone app that unlocks the garage doors and to my storage unit and a manual code just in case I couldn't use my phone. I paid a one-time admin fee of $29.00 and the first month was free and 40% off for the next 5 months. It's a month-to-month rental agreement so I can cancel any time. The whole process took about 15 to 20 minutes and couldn't have been easier.The facility itself is bright, very clean and organized. You open the bay door with your phone or manual keypad, enter the building in your car, load your items on flat carts they have in the drive-in bay and take one of two freight elevators to your storage unit. Lights are sensored so you don't have to turn on lights, they go on as you walk.You can get into your storage unit from 6 am to 10 pm, 365 days a year and share access with up to a total of 6 people so everyone can store or retrieve their things without coordinating with me.I'm slowly moving things in as we toss some things, organize and label everything. I can't wait to have my garage back and all of these things will be stored in a climate controlled room away from spiders and critters!Thanks JoAnn and CubeSmart!”
“For the last year I couldn't ask for extra space storage to be any nicer and helpful to me during the whole time I've been there exceptionally nice I've had to cut my lock off a couple times I've had the switch units I've been in three different units now and the staff is just outstanding kind people”
“I want to leave this review to shed some light on by far the best employee your company has to offer. I had been struggling with issues related to my payments for my rent for a couple months and had a very hard time trying to get things figured out and resolved by several employees at this location and also with a few people at the corporate office. The day finally came when I walked into the spring lake park office to be greeted by HAYLEE BEHNKE. First off she was very happy, calm, friendly and an overall wonderful presence to be greeted by walking in the door. She was very patient with me as I explained to her with some frustration all of the things that I had been struggling with for the last few months with my rent. She proceeded to handle the situation EXTREMELY well and did everything she possibly could to accommodate me and the troubles I was having for the last few months and in very little time she got everything figured out for me and I walked out the door with a smile on my face! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for being the BEST employee your company has to offer!!!”

“Outstanding white glove service, from the email communication and scheduling, to the actual delivery. Ordered a mattress and automatic base from Saatva, and Signature Designer Services contacted me to set up deliver after the mattress was manufactured. Had to change delivery due to illness, and Tracy was very flexible. Jason and TJ delivered today, set everything up, explained the electronics, made sure everything worked and was positioned where I wanted it, and then removed all of the packing materials. Super nice and efficient guys! Highly recommend.”
“Have had an outdoor spot for my 20' camper for several months, and I've continued to have great experiences with the on-site management. From my first phone call last year, and with multiple touch-points in between, they've been friendly and helpful. The keypad gate access is convenient for needing to stop by after hours, and it's always been well-lit after dark. Would recommend them for an affordable, secure place that's well-run.”
“I just recently upgraded from a normal storage unit that was a 5x5 to a climate controlled 10x5 and was definitely worth upgrading! I would highly recommend a bigger space and climate controlled if possible!”
