Robin Schnaidt owner of Numbers LLC did a great job with our personal income taxes. Robin paid great attention to detail and was very timely with our returns. Robin always had suggestions to make the tax filing season easy and less stressful.

Prior to working with Robyn I had asked if she had experience with rental properties. She said yes, but based off my experience that is inaccurate. My taxes were done wrong so she had to file amended taxes for me. Later, I inquire about the homestead refund that she also missed on my taxes and said I did not qualify. This also was inaccurate. I had to have a second amended tax filing to be completed so that all my stuff was accounted for, accurately reported, and I would get back a better refund. I decided to go through a different tax accountant the second round and ended up spending even more money to do this so my taxes were done right. Throughout my entire interaction with Robyn, she would not return my phone calls, text, or even emails. She initially tried telling me at first that we did not have to do an amended tax filing and that I wouldn't be getting back that much. I do not recommend this business as I had a very bad experience and Robyn was unprofessional and told me that I had to find someone else to do my taxes the next year.

Robin has been wonderful in assisting me to transfer all of my accounting to Quick Books Online. She took me through the process step by step and patiently trained my staff on using QBO. She took the time to understand my business and give helpful advice. Robin has been available for questions and needed updates as we completed the project. Thank you Robin!

Robin is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. We actually had fun at our tax appointment! Happy to support a local businesswoman and relieved to have such a fantastic accountant and advisor.

Robin has been handling my tax preparation for years and always has knowledge and suggestions to learn from in any situation. I've heard from many of her other clients including businesses that she does a very good job with their accounts and bookkeeping!
