Terrible service and experience. Went to get my rear window re-sealed since it was leaking. They had the car for 3 days and when I got it back, it was leaking worse. I tried to call them back several times but they have not answered any of my calls. Would not recommend.

I submitted a request for service on their website 2 separate times within a week... never heard back from anyone. Chose not to call... if you have an option for a website submission, then you need to respond in a timely fashion. If you're unable to consistently do so, maybe shouldn't have that option available to customers. Went with Safelite instead.

Great service! I had an early appointment that I had to cancel because my car wasn't out of the auto repair shop yet. They told me to call back when it was done and they would fit me in. Called a few hours later and they had the guys come to my home and get it done. Much appreciated.

I called Allyson from North Metro at 9am yesterday morning, and I had a new rear window on my car by 1pm the same day. The price was miles below what every other place was going to charge. They had my window replaced in less than an hour total. Everyone was super nice, and they have an adorable shop dog that is so friendly. Highly recommend North Metro Glass.

My car was broken into around 5pm. When dealing with my insurance they said the soonest they could get someone out (from their list of authorized dealers) was 10-14 days out. North Metro Glass was at my house by 8:30am the next day! Ben my installer was SO nice and knowledgeable. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone needing glass work done.
