I had Randy help me re-size a ring not purchased at LOOK JEWELERS, but, I also purchased an eternity band to match my ring with Randy's help. He was awesome!! I will definitely be back to LOOK JEWELERS next time I'm in the market for some more nice jewelry!

I just wanted to say what a wonderful job Look Jewelers did in creating my Dearest wedding ring -She had an idea of a ring she wanted for our wedding - and some rings that she had of sentimental value that she wanted to use in creating her special ring.Anyway - the Look crew helped in the design she wanted and took the other rings to make a most beautiful ring for my Dearest-I must say that they did a excellent job and a very special thanks goes out to them ????

Had a wedding ring repaired and fused with an engagement ring. Quality of work was great, it was done in a couple days, and the price was very fair. We'll be going back here for any jewelry needs.

Wouldn’t bring my ring anywhere else. I had my wedding band altered and I made the mistake of not explaining well enough what I wanted. They were more than willing to work with me and get it the way I wanted it. Extremely pleasant even though I was a little pain and had it changed three times! Thank you so much for working with me. It is perfect!

Randy is amazing. He took the time and shared his expertise to make a beautiful garnet ring out of a older necklace. The ring is beautiful. Randy took the time to make sure the ring fit perfectly. His care and customer service was commendable! You must visit and bring your jewelry here. Randy is a master jeweler.

Absolutely incredible service. Needed a barrel clasp fixed on my gold rope chain. Tom fixed it in less than 2 minutes and offered another option in case it loosens in the future. Will definitely be going back for any jewelry wants/needs.
