Greedy predators charging unbelievable amounts of money for cars impounded. I get it the car was in the wrong spot after 8 am but $415 dollars impound and 1 day storage that's theft. No one should be allowed to charge that high of impound fees. The law says $150 plus $30 dollars storage fee.

Tow guy Rye came by and picked my dead car up, and dropped it off at home. Super nice, even helped me push it into the garage!
Got their help through my roadside assistance plan. Pretty quick and easy to work with.

Towed my car illegally from a disabled spot. Pictures the driver took showed the placard clearly and no police report was associated with the impound. This issue has still not been resolved according to the minimum required remediation by MN law. Never do business with these criminals.

Towed my daughter’s friends car. Told her she can pay him 100 cash to unhook it, she didn’t have the cash he towed her car. Charged her 325, front desk was a rude to her. 0 stars will not recommend ever.

Car got towed. These guys don't care. They are thieves. They prowl at night because they have nothing to do. Karma! They would tow their own family's car, including the parents! At girlfriends and they did a swipe, though the parking lot cause they have contract with the property managers! Sad state we live in!

I requested the tow service via my roadside assistance under my auto insurance. My car was leaking and did not want to end up driving it to the repair shop to get stuck in the middle of a busy road.
It took a while for them to get to my place. Booked past 9:30am and they arrived a little past 11:30am.
The guy was fine and he towed with care. It was my first time to ever get my car towed. Insurance covered it thank goodness. So far, experience was good.
If they towed it unsolicited, I may have the same negative reaction as the rest of the people here but so far it's all good on my end.

They arrived to tow my vehicle while I was picking up a rental. They called. I unlocked the vehicle remotely. They were unable to tow. They did not call to let me know. They just left my vehicle unlocked and unattended with the key fob inside. WTAF!

Money hungry, terrible service, unreasonable, use Metro Towing if you want someone with professional service. Outfit doesn’t accept credit cards like a money laundering scheme.
