I called to make an appointment, the receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. I did not have to wait long to be able to get my vehicle in for repairs. The service people were awesome and let me know what had to be done and what I could put off for a bit. No pressure! They have my business from now on. Thank you

Outstanding. As a first time customer, I am very happy with the service Nick and his team provided. Another shop attempted an alignment on my lifted Tacoma and stated it was basically a lost cause. The thing handled like an elephant on roller skates. Nick evaluated the truck and found two of the adjusters were frozen. Not making any promises (I could tell he wasn't going to let the seized adjusters win) he worked diligently to free the adjusters and was able to get the alignment into spec. My truck drives awesome now. They also swapped TPMS onto my wheels and were super careful mounting and dismounting the wheels. Bottom line: Elite Automotive cares about its customers and their vehicles! You've got a new customer.

Nick and the crew at Elite Auto are honestly the best. They even came to give me a jump, saving me tow fee's. Fit me in right away on a busy day and had me back on the road in an hour. Love this place and the super friendly staff.

Recently had my vehicle worked on by elite, their customer service is awesome. Nick and his staff went above and beyond to help get my vehicle back up and running very quickly.
