He knows his stuff and explains it all very well—no jargon, just clear, concise information. Eddie and Diamond Auto did an absolutely amazing job fixing up the hail damage on my Tesla Model Y. He communicated with the insurance company, advocated for more necessary repairs, and made the whole process stress free for me and my wife. My family has been in the automotive industry for several decades and we’ve learned that integrity and excellent customer service is a big deal in this business - they certainly showed me that. The front of my Ford Escape was damaged when a vehicle slid into it when plowing a parking lot. I had used Diamond Auto Collision in the past and had no reservations to use them again. Eduardo (Eddie) reviewed the damage and scheduled a drop off and completion date. During the repair minor additional items were found - I was promptly notified and Diamond Auto worked with the insurance company to make the adjustments. My car was ready on the date promised with no issues and seamless coordination with the insurance company. There is no sign of past damage.
