Great place the staff or the owner I talked to was amazing. The person answered all my questions and didn't try to push me into buying. I felt very comfortable there and had a good time looking at all the different carpets they offered. Over all I would recommend coming to this place over a big store.

Terrible customer service, told one price then they charged extra for instillation, which we were not told about. That should have been included in the original quote.

Saw a company vehicle in the Menards parking lot around 9 am parked in a handicap space with no placard/plate. The lot was quite empty with normal spaces open on the other side of the isle.Unprofessional and extremely disrespectful for those who need the spaces. If walking an extra 20 feet or putting up the placard is too much work, I can't imagine what else is too much work when it comes to installing your new floor...

I highly recommend this place i got carpet installed two weeks ago the prices were very reasonable. I checked out other places and they were out of my price range. The owner had showed us many samples, of carpet and took time to explain the differences, styles, and quality in the carpet. Im very very pleased with it.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. The only reason to go here is to visit the cat that lives there. The actual company has awful customer service. They do not call if a scheduled installation time doesn't work but they instead wait until you call them while you're waiting for carpet to arrive. They do not admit when they have made a mistake in scheduling but they will blame the customer. If you are trying to discuss any issue with them, the owner will yell about unrelated things and blame you. I tried to discuss the possibility of a discount because of the issues we had had trying to get carpet installed for 3 weeks after the initial date we scheduled for installation and the owner then demanded payment before they did the job because he said I probably couldn't afford the carpet and would need to use a credit card to pay for it. He is rude and threatened to not do our carpet job because I wanted to discuss customer service (and at that point I didn't even want a discount). He also hung up on us in the middle of a conversation because he said he is old and sick so he doesn't have to do customer service. Terrible.EDIT: We were given a small discount for the issues we had, so I adjusted the rating from 1 to 3 stars. If you go with them, hopefully you have better luck than we did.

After reading the last comment, I had to write my review. I agree with the other two completely, not the last person who wrote. We had a great experience and have recommended this place to others, as it was recommended to me by a friend. While the selection may not be what the other stores have, the prices are great. We got carpet for our family room last year and will get carpet for the other rooms soon. Our installation went very well and our service from the store has been great. There are no fees for checking out samples, and no charge for measuring, and no hidden charges. If you are looking to purchase from a small business locally, this is a great place to go.

We stopped at several places to price out carpeting and this was definitely the best value. We received excellent service and the business cared about making sure that we were happy. I really enjoy giving small businesses like this my money because they treat people well, make sure they are happy and they do an excellent job. We would highly recommend them to anyone that is thinking about replacing or installing carpet.
