Parked outside waiting for an adjacent store to open, in the large, public parking lot and this lady from the bank knocks on my window, interrupts my phone call and tells me I need to move my truck or she's going to call the cops on me!?! Tells me straight up she thinks I'm planning on robbing the bank, yes, really.

This has been my bank since I was like 12 years old. The people are friendly, the bank is involved in the community. The online portal is easy enough to access. I don't know what that one-star person has against 21st. I especially appreciate that I am talking to a person when I call, not a Wells Fargo robot.

Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced as a new customer at a bank. They held deposited funds for 8 days when their policy clearly stated next day availability. In the year 2013, veryifying funds from checks drafted from other banks should not take that long. The attitude of the staff was extremely unaccomidating to our issues, and one of their customer service reps, Sherry was the rudest one. Her and her supervisor Judy refused to help us with our issues. We immediately withdrew our funds canceled our account at this bank and will never even consider looking at the building as we drive by, I recommend staying away.
