4 generations in our family have been going to Sperr’s Point Resort. Location on the point in Webb Lake is great. Clear water and sand beaches are some of the best for family swimming. Fishing in Webb is generally good but goes in cycles like all lakes. Location in the Hackensack/Longville area is great as well.

I've been going to this resort every year of my life. Its rustic appeal is just what I love. Amazing water, outstanding beach and perfect fishing for the entire family. They are very friendly and would recommend to anyone!

Our family has been going to Sperr's Point for 50+ years, 3 generations. The lake is clean, beach area is excellent for swimming and the fishing is great for all ages. Sit back and relax, talk a walk, have a campfire, spend time with family and friends. The staff, who is more like family to us, is very friendly and quick to respond to your needs. We look forward to returning every year!

Quiet resort right on a nice calm lake. Staff attentive to requests and issues. Cabins are very rustic! Really in need of updates. I prefer my cabins with air conditioning and slightly more spacious bathrooms

Our family has been coming up to Sperr's Point since the mid 80s and we absolutely love it! Relaxing and serene setting. The lake is beautiful, and the kids love hanging in the beach and swimming! There are also activities and things to do in nearby Longville and Walker. And for the adults, you can't forget the Hack Muni in downtown Hackensack!

The only positive thing about our stay was the beach area was nice for small kiddos. Everything else was horrible! There was no running water, the flooring was coming up, it was disgusting and dirty! There was a bucket under the sink that was full of nasty smelling water. There was a maintainance room where the owner was trying to fix the water and it was full of garbage.

Their photos have to be from 20 years ago. It was not at all what we expected and we did not stay. If you have other options I would give this place a pass.
The cabin was dark and smelled unclean. It didn't have enough sleeping space for the advertised number of occupants. Bedrooms were dark and very small. Bathroom was dirty. "Beach" was a 2ft strip of sand with rocks in it.
If there was a zero star option I would have chosen it.
It's possible with a lot of work and a money infusion they could turn this place into something amazing. This is not the reality today.
